Patients and referring physicians may contact our main office to schedule appointments. We offer several satellite clinics throughout the Hampton Roads and Eastern Shore, although appointment availablity may be more limited at our satellite clinics than our main Virginia Beach office. Often, patients will be offered an initial appointment at our main office with follow-up visits scheduled at the satellite clinics.
We offer a cancellation list for patients who need to be seen sooner than the scheduled appointment and encourage records to be sent at the time of scheduling appointments. For our existing patients, we always attempt to work in any urgent problem with one our our physicians or our physician assistant.
Our patients are encouraged to view the Forms Section of our website before coming in to complete our intake questionairre, HIPPA form, and others. The disease activity form (RAPID3) is useful in monitoring progress with arthritic conditions and we encourage our patients to complete this prior to each visit.
